Hi Paradise Rentals offer a couple of different ways for you to Book your stay.  We have a secure online reservations system that allows you make a reservation 24/7.   If you feel more comfortable over the phone call our experienced Vacation Planners to help guide you to the perfect vacation condo.

How to Reserve Your Stay Online

After you have selected the perfect vacation condo for your trip, click on the Book It Now. On this page you will see the cost of your vacation rental including all taxes and fees.  Carefully select the options that apply to you, hit update price and follow instruction carefully.  Once you have completed your reservation approved you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours please call our office. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  If you would like to pay by check please give us a call.

How to Reserve Your Stay with a Reservation Agent

If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, please call (888) 539-2884 or (808) 388-8446  to confirm the availability of your selection and to secure a reservation. You may also email your reservation requests to us by going to the About Us tab, slide down to contact us. Once you have narrowed down your selection to the ideal condo for your vacation, an agent will happily reserve your condo.

Payment Information

Credit Cards:  When paying with a credit card, the name of the person mentioned in the reservation, must also be the name that appears on the credit card.  A picture I.D. will be required at check-in. Please note: when booking online only credit cards are accepted.  We accept Visa, MasterCard. Discover and American Express.

Check:  We accept eCheck (from U.S. Banks Only), cashiers check and certified checks.  There is a $30 service fee on any check returned unpaid from the bank.  The amount and service charge must be paid immediately or else the reservation will be canceled.

Wire Transfer:  We do accept wire transfer.  There is a $45.00 per fee transaction.  This is the fee the bank charges us.  Please add $45.00 extra to your transfer.  When transferring please make sure bank institution show the following information: Full Name & Reservation Number.  Please call our office for exact wire transfer instructions.
